About Tony

Welcome to my journey of supporting business managers in achieving success through effective leadership and people management.

With over 23 years of experience, I am passionate about helping business owners and managers enhance their people management skills, leading to success by unlocking the full potential of their teams.

My unique perspective stems from my background as a former line manager, which gives me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by managers and employers in today's workplaces.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with and leading exceptional individuals across geographically dispersed sales teams, contact centres, and organisational HR teams. I've collaborated closely with management teams, assisting them in translating their business strategies into reality. My approach combines HR expertise with practical experience, honed through years of practical experience.

My qualifications include being a Chartered Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ), a Certificate Holder with the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and earning a Graduate Diploma of Business Studies from Massey University in 1999. I'm also licensed by the Ministry of Justice, holding a Private Investigators Certificate of Approval (Certificate Number: 20-075069) to conduct independent employment investigations.
